If your book has not arrived
This is the question I hear most, and it is nearly always a delivery problem I can fix in a couple of minutes. Before you write, check your spam folder and promotions tab—that is usually where it has gone.
If it truly is not there, write to me and I will send the files over by hand. You do not need an order number; the address you paid with is enough.
